The war on drugs has accomplished nothing, except enriching drug dealers. More and more people are using drugs every year, so what good is it doing? That is, if you consider keeping people from using recreational drugs is good. I don't.
Crowded prisons, crime, drop-out rates, and poverty are the only things that the 'War on Drugs' is helping.
