So you haven't even seen the film? It's pretty silly (and rather idiotic) to dismiss a work of art you haven't seen.
Battlefield Earth is a fucking masterpiece. I have a feeling that in 20 years, when it is recognized as the defining cinematic event of its age, a lot of people will be feeling very, very silly.
