I saw the film when it was first released (was it 1988?) and bought the audio cassette of the soundtrack...
...then someone walked off with my cassette, and for a while I thought I would never hear any of the songs again.
Now, it is 1996, and I for one am glad that the film has been re-released on video.
(However, even though I did want to see the film again, I did not want to see it in the theaters...is that a good or bad thing?)
I thought the cat was cool, the music was catchy, and dogs are always a favorite...by the way, it's nice to know that the "stars" from other Disney animated classics are back...even if it was only to be extras in this film...
Grrrr...
