Definitely plot-thin, this movie relied on the dubious charms of the two kids and the two leads. No motivation for the adults to suddenly stop hating each other. No motivation for the kids to suddenly stop being whiny brats and turn into angelic little creatures.
I needed a crane to suspend my disbelief for this movie. Unfortunately, none were available. If you think George Clooney and Michelle Pfieffer are adorable enough to watch them doing nothing much for two hours, rent this film.
