I was discussing pretty much the same thing with my friend. She says this is a 'go with your mother' type of movie, and is doing so. Right now I am trying to decide which abomination of a movie I can offer to go to with her in exchange for her going to see 'Ronin', which sounds great. I think I had to agree to rent and watch 'Selena' with her to get her to go see 'Starship Troopers' with me - or maybe that was for something else...I also ended up having to go see 'IKWYDLS' and 'Wishmaster' in exchange for having someone accompany me to films more to my liking.
