You can change your return address in many email programs to a false address. In Netscape Communicator, click Edit, Preference, Identity (under Mail & Groups), and change your email address and reply-to address. When you send email to someone, unless they view the full headers of their email (and most people never do), it is going to show the address you type in there. As an example, I am going to send an email to Richard Bernstein from Richard Bernstein.
