These are the films that I felt deserved no stars. Not a single one on a scale of 0 to 4. The creme de la crap.
The Game: Evil, sadistic, unredeemable piece of shit. The ending mutates the film into A Motherfucking Christmas Carol. Like we needed another version of THAT.
Mixed Nuts: Depressingly unfunny waste of Steve Martin, Garry Shandling, and 90 minutes of my life.
National Lampoon's European Vacation: When a film throws Eric Idle at the screen and can't get laughs, there's something wrong.
The Manitou: A woman develops a tumor on her back that grows into an ancient and evil Indian shaman. About as good as it sounds.
The Doom Generation: I've expressed how I feel about this pathetic wank-o-rama before.
Beach Babes from Beyond: Not even worth watching to see relatives of famous stars embarrasing themselves.
Wicked City: The most revolting anime I've ever seen. Misogynistic, ugly, pointless, vile trash.
Tommy: A definite relic of the '70s. Empty, flashy, gaudy and a total botch job. Even the music sucks.
On Deadly Ground: Seagal directs. Enough said.
Married People, Single Sex 2: They remebered the married people, but they forgot the sex... in any form. So what this "erotic" film boils down to is ninety minutes of talk, talk, talk.
Congo: Supposedly, this flea-bitten Z-movie cost $70 million. What did they fucking spend it on?
Phantoms: An insult to Dean Koontz, whom I don't particularly care for anyway. Also an insult to all horror films in general.
There's a few I forgot...
Cutting through the crap,
Lionel
