Billy Bob is a great actor and a pretty good writer. A strange guy, sure, but talented
Now Ms. Barrymore and Ms. Arquette I cannot possibly defend.
Parca: Well, I did say that Madonna has done not much better... I guess I was really talking about name recognition, but the fact of the matter is, no matter how great of a musical artist she is/was, her name recognition as an actress will simply drive people away from the theaters. At least Cruz's general lack of American recognition is better than Madonna's driving away of people, so, yeah, I guess I'm agreeing with you.
However, Guy Ritchie is a great writer/director and Sean Penn is pretty damn fine actor, so I don't know if I agree about her choices of mates.
