09/03/1999: Are they cloning actors now?

There is an actor in this movie who looks so much like James Spader (only younger) that it is truly spooky. I saw a preview for a movie about a fake head shrinker which starred a guy who looked so much like a young Charles Grodin that it was REALLY weird. Are they cloning them now? Will we be watching the same actors forever.
