What a gut-wrenching movie! I saw this with my mother what was I thinking. Well it was a grueling ride but they did manage to bring it all together in the end in a satisfying way for this viewer. I don't buy all the messages hammered home in the film but the power of the performances and certain moments made it a worthwhile experience.
