...unfortunately, it was because we had to close our doors this week due to the fact that we have too many animals. There was this big thing last year that I won't go into and anyway, the fallout is that for the first time, we've had to close down and stop accepting animals. Just until some of the current patients get healthy/grow up and get the hell out and we have more room.
I remember once when I first started working there, they closed for one day to get caught up. But I put the notice up Monday night on our website...and we're still closed... that's 3 days now.
I was hoping to post the URL for the news video, but they didn't have it.
Okay, not that any of you but maybe Mal, Coaster & Rajah care, but I decided to share anyway. Because I get very excited when things like that happen. I would have preferred it just be a profile of our center, tho, and not because it was forced to close....
