I saw a documentary on several South American countries, it was interesting. The main point was that South America is racist as hell, the ruling classes tend to be lighter skinned like Castro in Cuba. There was also one on Brazil. It was shocking to see what goes on these countries. They are basically all run like the deep south in the 19th century. I really would not consider upper class South Americans like Castro white, they look a bit olive complexioned. Their attitudes towards people darker than them are similar to Southerners in the 19th and early 20th century. They use the military to control these largely impoverished and disenfranchised groups. Asia largely runs like this too, with the exception of Singapore, Japan, and South Korea.
