I've got a Zen Vision W (60GB) and it has been fantastic for traveling. Long battery life, plays music and videos, has a radio, built in microphone (it's fun to record temple chanting or the sounds of the train, for example), and has a compactflash slot for easy transferring and storage of digital photos. Plus, the charger works with any voltage, so all you need is a plug adapter instead of a heavy transformer. You can also look at your JPGs on its large full color screen. I've had mine for about 6 months and the only downside is the relatively large size. Fits nicely in a daypack, though, and does everything I need it to, plus it's pretty sturdy to boot.
