04/20/07: Perhaps if the prime minister could have morphed

into his werewolf character Lucien from 'Underworld', he might have been more effective with the Queen. Tough for a queen (or any of the royals) to keep the stiff upper lip if her civil servants turn into huge, carnivorous monsters that could, well, rip one's lungs out. Plus a werewolf might be handy for those royal hunts.

Now this is a great movie cross-over to consider. You could cover all the serious Brit drama highbrow stuff (their perpetual struggle with expressing emotions that Mr. Cranky seeems to love so well, and get the Oscar nods), but make it more exciting with the addition of werewolves and vampires, explosions, guns with glowy bullets, and so on..
