You are correct. I am asking why is this woman such a dipshit.
But in addition to that, I am also pointing out the logical error in the article.
The article states:
"He did not tell the woman he was HIV-positive and did not give her the chance of refusing to have unprotected sex with him."
The second part of that sentence false.
It is true that he did not give her the chance to have protected sex with him.
But it is not true that he did not give her the chance to avoid having unprotected sex with him.
The truth is that she could have avoided having unprotected sex with him, because, in fact, she was not raped.
Therefore, the statement made in the article is false.
