Yeah, for all the jibberjabber going on in some of the threads about how the terrorists are cowards or are heroes, the ones who are truly heroes are the firefighters, cops, and volunteers who willingly put their lives on the line on the chance that they might just be able to save someone else. And I don't give a shit who calls me a trite bastard for saying that.

You're right. The government, if they are really serious about hunting down and bringing these people to justice, is going to have to hunker down and do the hard work of investigation and following leads and quietly pursue these cretins to the ends of the Earth. We need more sleuths and fewer Tomahawks.
