All I can say is that your little girl would want you to take care of yourself. You know how heartbroken she would be if you did something devastatingly bad to yourself.
When my mom was forced to quit drinking because she was killing her body, her mind was too far gone already. She was never the same person again. I loved her, and took care of her, but she wasn't the same. It made me sad every day.
Take better care of yourself.
