Right before sex, the rules are present, how horny you are will determine whether or not you will break those rules.
During sex, it's just a clean state of emotion. Everything is just, "OH YES!! OH YES!!" But then, for a man at least, emmediately following ejaculation, before you've even pulled out, all of these inferences begin to occur.
If you haven't used a condom, you are automatically wishing you did. If thge girl is um, not too appealing to look at, you're wishing you weren't even in the same room.
But none of these rules you should have followed were even in your head during sex, only before and after.
