Where I live, "The Rules Don't Apply to Me" Factor is practiced to a ridiculous degree. The hand gesture most frequently seen in "Car Wars" is what is commonly known as "The Naperville Salute." There is simply no respect amongst those who feel that God has blessed them with their so-called "privelege" to be complete and utter assholes. Quite frankly, although I had at first thought this phenomenon was relegated only to my city, I believe it now applies to the whole of America....if anything ever could make me cry, this is it.
