According to "The washington Post", "Babysitting," the directorial debut of "The Goonies" and "Gremlins" writer Chris Columbus, is a sweet-natured, adolescent variation on the big-city black comedy "After Hours." Well, maybe that's excessive praise for the film, but I agree in a sense, although after hours was much better at making me feel the pressure of the "crazy night."
