And the best part (Simon getting shot) was already in the trailer. I don't know what the deal was with showing us one "Matrix Reloaded" spoof in the trailer and giving us another in the movie, but the George Carlin as the Architect bit was one of my favorite parts. I'm somewhat perplexed as to why the Michael Jackson gag was the only "Others" spoof -- indeed "Signs" and "The Ring" were the only actual "scary movies" they really parodied, but they did a pretty good job of it (the fake-looking aliens walking in the background of those scenes was about the only great part about the last reel or so, though; well, that and Leslie Nielsen doing his "Airplane" bit).
