The Global Warming Debate IS too political. Unfortunately, it says in the Bible that the land was put here for our own use by God and we can't hurt it. That makes the Right Wing in our country tend to have no open mind whatsoever on the topic.
Does the fact that Global Warming will only make weather a little crazier, make a little bit of useless swampland go underwater really matter? It should. I'm not a doomsayer, but I do think it's important to be RESPONSIBLE about pollution and land use.
Global Warming and the whole save the Earth situation should be looked at with open eyes. No, it's not going to matter so much to us, because nothing will happen to us in the next couple hundred years. Since YOU got to see Elephants, does it really matter if they're all gone for your Great Grandchildren? You won't care, it won't affect you. Don't you ever think about Extinction- and think to yourself about people in the past --..."Dirty Assholes"... I know I sure do.
