I've heard this to be 100% true like you guys and from various other Scream sites.

Tatum Riley will cameo in the sequel.

that's right. Tatum herself.

By the way, I heard that info on Matt Lilliard and I also heard that he'll reappear in part 3 as Stu's twin brother.
