There were three killers in Scream2! mickey Mrs.Loomis and Jole the cameraman! He started the music in the theater, put the Scream mask in the van for Mrs. Loomis, and filmed the people they killed! We know Mickey left handed and was in the house and that mrs, Loomis was right handed and phoned...Then who taped it? Jole!
