I echo your 'people are fucking retards' sentiment wholeheartedly, also!
As for Blair Witch Project, I agree with people who say it's an UN-movie. It didn't blow my mind (I forgot I'd seen it when I was making my Best o' 99 list), but people who did like it shouldn't want it in the same catagories as actual FILMS. (That's not an insult to BWP, though. The thing just ain't a FILM is all...it's something else which I have yet figured out a name for)
