...but then again, i seem to be one of the few people who really likes David Arquette in this world, too..
I was a little disappointed that Liev Schreiber didn't last long (I'm discovering that i'm a big fan of his work), but otherwise i had a great time seeing this one..
I thought alot of the scenes were quite cleverly done..
Especially Jenny McCarthy's death scene in the room with all the ghost-faced-killer costumes...
I've heard alot of people complain about the fact that this one wasn't scary..Personally, this one creeped me out more then the other 2 combined! (Though, admittedly, the other 2 didn't creep me out at all).. The scene with the covered body of Sid's mom getting up and coming towards her sent chills down my spine!
Oh yeah, and alot of the dialogue killed me!
"The shower scene has been done to death... Hello!! Vertigo!!"
"Do you have her number in memory??"
"Um......."
"...telephone memory!!"
"Doesn't the killer usually go after the Cops in those movies?"
"...yeah, well one of them usually makes it out alive.."
Really, the only thing that is bothering me about the movie is a minor plot point..
How did the killer get the phone number to Sid's hideaway?
Dewey was apparently the only person who knew her number, and he said that the only 2 people who used his cell-phone were Jennifer and the Cop, so how the heck did the Killer (who knocked off Cotton Weary trying to learn Sid's whereabouts) get the number?
Other then that little tidbit, i loved this movie..
"In the head, Dewey!!"
