07/26/03: Decline in Civility?

Greetings all...

This time, I am not sure really where I stand. But I think some of the points raised in this column may be true. That is, enough of us still believe in basic fair play and basic civility and that may translate into juries that may favor a lawyer who worked fairly and hard.
