Implied what, exactly? I mean, I dont usually place a winking smiley face after relaying factual technical information, but that's just me.
And you're still an imbecile, and your ideas about IP's are wrong. I corrected them a week or two ago. Basically, dynamic IP's are only partly dynamic, and yes we can still find you throwing muses, with your "dynamic IP". Second, it is more than likely this forum software has no IP detection capability anyway.
