The film starts with a flashback to almost sixty years ago, when Chucky snuck into the bedroom of a wealthy East Coast yuppie matron who who slept separately from her gay husband. Chucky fertilized the WASP brood mare, and a hideous child was eventually born, which eventually became, through the power of Satan, the worst president in American history.
