You do understand. Her family WOULD WANT YOU TO REMEMBER HER JUST LIKE YOU SAID IN THE END OF YOUR MESSAGE:
as a human being, a lover, a woman, etc.
The whole point is right in front of us, pity most of us miss it.
By the way, I love Selena, the movie and everything about her. Anyone who talks bad about Selena have my pity.
