Evil secret service agents try to kill president, Jack Bauer framed (is he the only crazed gov't sanctioned killer guy around, WTF?) CTU acts like idiots until last hour of day (just like the previous seasons), President (Donald Sutherland dressed as a woman) mopes around, drinks and smokes nude in recently installed White House jacuzzi with nude Tom Delay (as himself) and a dead male hooker (Justin Timberlake, for realism "accidentlly" electrocuted by crew prior to filming scene (this is FOX)). Bauer shoots Delay, removes bodies of Delay and Timberlake from jacuzzi and then joins President as clock ticks down to next day.
