When Blair 'babbles' - it means he is talking about an intelligible subjust for an extended period of time, too great detail, hence; WE ARE BORED.
When Keanu 'babbles' he just isn't making sense.
To me, Keanu seems like a since age nine his tongue has been stuck to the roof of his mouth with peanutbutter.
