Oh I see, you just happened to have casually met Ms Amanpour at the airport, whereupon she revealed to you her life story, eh? She just, for some inexplicable reason, decided to lavish her precious time on a nobody like you and, ignoring her jet lag, reveal that she was fiercely proud of not being an Arab -- not very "PC" for a serious, high-profile reporter is it?
Talking of startling coincidences, I met the Easter Bunny at my Christmas office party last year, and -- would you believe it -- he too is a non-Arab Iranian? Small world isn't it?
I'm not impressed with delusional fantasies -- show me hard facts, show me an authoritative bio. "Educated people" offer verifiable evidence to support their claims. You're better off crawling back to your bar and telling 'em all again how you wiped out an entire VC battalion single-handedly during your 'Nam days.
By the way, am I supposed to consider the 60 Minutes-gleaned trivia (or was it from a show biz rag) that she once shared a house with JFK Junior as a "pearl", oh fount of earthly knowledge?
