It's in the New York Times article that I just posted.
The New York Times article says that people have to wait 2 or 3 years to get hip replacememt surgery, and it's illegal for them to pay with their own money to get it faster in the private sector.
Meanwhile, dogs get hip surgery in a week, because it is legal to pay for that with private money.
Canadians are fascists who enjoy making people suffer. But at least they care about dogs.
