True, if all Americans = wealthy white males.
The slave trade was run on that 'core belief' for quite some time. The current sex-trade is run on it too. Never mind that 'for-profit-only' reduces every human dynamic to the exploiter and exploited.
I'm not sure whether Cranky is 'professionallly' contrarian because 'Sicko's' argument is morally unassailable, or whether he really believes the current system is the best a health care system can be.
If the latter, then he needs to take his head out of the bucket....
