Which countries are actually spending that much, which are spending more, and which are spending less? Let's see what level of care we're really talking about.

When someone says nationalized/socialized health care, I, and I bet many of you, think of England, Sweden, etc. How much do those countries spend, per capita? I don't know, but I'm guessing it's more than the average.
