11/02/07: King just hasn't been the same since he was hit by that car..

I used to read everything he wrote... Thru the 70's and the 80's his body of work was near-legendary..

He started to slow down a bit in the early 90's, then came that car accident.

After that, he just hasn't been the same.. He's had a nasty habit of recycling material he's already used.... I actually thought, after "Buick 8" i had read somewhere that he was going to stop writing because he realized he had just rewritten "Christine"!

Then i heard he was going to focus strictly on tv projects.. Now he's crapping out books fairly regularly.

I dunno.

It doesn't help that he's a Boston Red Sox fan. Poo.
