..unless this is some witty jab that i'm just not getting cause i haven't read anything past Dark Tower IV..
By the way, how in the fucking hell can you have THAT book on his GREAT list, HS? It is nigh-unreadable. The only King book that i have never been able to finish (so i'm stuck on the Dark Tower series.)
The character of Susan Delgado is among the worst, most forced characters in the history of fiction. King just tried WAY to hard to have her live up to Roland's obsession with her, and failed miserably..
That could probably be true about the entire Dark Tower series: King just tried WAY toooo hard. That was where i'd say King really lost it.
I did like the cliffhanger in "Wastelands" though.
