01/18/07: Don't make fun of Bush; he's had a tough year

Well, sure it's tough if you're one of 3,000 soldiers or 34,000 Iraqis, but have a heart! Bush was just sooooo distressed last year after the White House Correspondents Association dinner and someone explained all of Stephen Colbert's jokes to him.

So this year, they searched high and low and dug up (almost literally) Rich Little to serve as the master of ceremonies. He has a little proviso, though: No bashing of Bush, and don't even mention that Middle Eastern country where they're not having a civil war and they're not surging, they're augmenting:
