From a medical standpoint, they could be found interesting. They were photographs of dead babies and/or fetuses which had different abnormalities/diseases which caused them to die at birth or in utero.
From my curious medical side, I could find something interesting about them. From my human, womanly side, I found them sad. But like a train wreck, I kept looking at several of them.
I don't think xur meant that because Skilly is pregnant. I think he meant that because Skilly finds pretty much everything funny, especially the things that would shock the normal person.
