You have misrepresented the Harris and Klebold story; in that case, the judge was working off a report by a court officer which was based on his interviews with Harris and Klebold but did not take other police reports into account -- because they were sealed and thus unavailable to him. See NEWSWEEK's articles covering the Littleton shooting and its prehistory.
I am highly suspicious of the other case you report, and insist that you provide factual data, including names and dates and jurisdiction. and supporting citations, for your credibility (based on your misrepresentation of the Harris and Klebold case) is suspect.
