I am against punishing parents for the crimes that their children commit. If kids who hated their parents could commit crimes, and the blame would be placed on the parents, then I think it is likely that there would be an increase in crimes committed by children.
Of course I am in favor of ending the war on drugs. That's always been one of my favorite political issues.
Richard, no matter how you look at it, the fact is that Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold went unpunished for breaking into the van and stealing that stuff. I confess that I am not familiar with all of that technical legal mumbo jumbo stuff that you are always talking about. But then again, you are a lawyer, and I am not. Now, regarding the paintball case: I don't remember the names of the people or the city or anything like that. But I am not making it up.
