...i do remember watching that.. Twas an interesting little sci-fi b-movie.. I think there are two or three sequels, as well (never did bother with'em)..
Seeing the previews for that Kate Beckinsale "Underworld" movie made me think of "Nemesis".. The scene they close the trailer REALLY rips off a scene from "Nemesis" (when the guy shoots a circle around him in the floor with a machine gun and then falls through it)
