It was a part remake, part sequel. Though low on horror (on very low on budget), it was a bizzare masterpiece of black humor. A lot doesn't make sense or looks like if Ed Wood was involved, yet then it reverts to a style that is a cross between the original and part 3. The director is Kim Henkel, the co-writer/producer of the original.
