though I won't be "watching" it, since the channels that were previously scrambled on my system have become all- static; also, I've been taping wrestling shows and fast- forwarding past the stuff I don't like...
- SmackDown title: Brock Lesnar v. Undertaker
Brock's a solid heel and Taker's "face biker" act has gotten really old, so I say Brock should keep the belt another month...
- "I Quit" match: Vince v. Stephanie
There are times when I actually enjoy watching the various McMahon family sagas: now is not one of them. Steph's getting hitched, so she'll lose this one (probably thanks to Sable - or maybe Linda will turn heel) and will be away from TV for about 3 months.
--US Title: Eddie Guerreo v. Big Show
What's with all the shit (literally) in this feud? I'd like to see Eddie get a run with the main title, but I'd also like to see him win here (Big Show sucks)...
--John Cena v. Kurt Angle
As much as I like Kurt, Cena should win this one - would be fun to see him turn face and feud with the current heel Lesnar.
--Cruiserweight Title: Rey Mysterio v. Tajiri
Probably will be the most entertaining match of the night from a pure wrestling perspective - this are two of the most fun guys to watch in the ring. I'd like to see Mysterio go for the US title, so Tajiri would be the logical choice here...
--Chris Benoit v. A-Train
By all rights, A-Train should be a Velocity jobber - still can't figure out why his hairy ass keeps getting pushed. Benoit deserves better (a feud with Cena, perhaps), so I really hope he wins here.
--Matt Hardy v. Zach Gowen
I would love to see the writers figure out a credible way to turn Gowen heel - he's talented, but once you get beyond the one leg thing he's just not that interesting at the moment. Matt'll probably have to cheat to win this one, but he'll win it...
