He's been under suspicion for a long time, but police could never pin anything on him. He even took (and passed) 3 voluntary lie detector tests. Now the question will be, how accurate can using 15 year old DNA samples be? Never having studied biology, I don't know. I would guess it depends on how the samples were stored, but I don't really know. Presumably they wouldn't have arrested him if they didn't think they could win in the courtroom. Of course, the media has already tried and convicted him.
Wonder if the guy can possibly get a fair hearing?
