I think your article grossly exaggerated the case; but I'm not going to do massive homework to argue an eight year old plan.

I read a diversity of media outlets - just not rabidly right-wing rags. What I meant was that I have seen no attempts by Congress to enact such legislation. Think what you will. I think the Republicans in Congress aren't interested in solving the problem, even if an idea might be palatable to them.

Yes, it does. I AM attacking you as a person (though politely) as I feel your arguments demonstrate your lack of concern. You should know that by now.
