Yes, maybe America has made mistakes in the past, turned its back on countries, America is not perfect, after all...
But:
THERE IS *NO FUCKING EXCUSE* FOR THE MASSACRE OF 4000 INNOCENT CIVILIANS!!

So... DON'T FUCKING MAKE EXCUSES FOR TERRORISM!!!
Because there are none. Anyone that tries to justify this sort of behavior would fit right in with the Taliban/al-Qaeda/Hamas.
