Even though I'm a big fan of Bette Midler, this is not one of her top movies. It's alright but I've seen her do much better.
At first when I read Mr. Cranky's review I agreed with him about watching old people have sex is nasty. But then I thought, Bette isn't really that old and as a matter of fact, she looks fabulous. I don't know of many people in her range that looks so young and vibrant and act it as well. So now I can't help but to laugh when I think of this review and how Mr. Cranky discribes it.
