The Third Man - Just the most beautiful long shot of the Vienna cemetery where Lime's been buried for the *second* time, with Anna walking, walking, right past Joseph Cotton's character. Just beautiful.
Harold & Maude - you really don't see the ending coming when you first watch it, but Harold in pain, driving the car off the cliff... and then he's on the hills, playing his banjo, finally having learned Maude's lesson.
